Welcome to my blog!!
My name is Kara and I am so excited to get started on my blog! I just graduated with a degree in Nutrition Science and Biology, but I am going back to school in the fall to become a teacher! I absolutely love everything reading, shopping, cooking, running, watching TV and movies, and spending my time with my family, boyfriend, and friends! I've lived in the Midwest area my entire life...I just love how nice people can be here :)
My family is small, but I love them to death! It's just my mom, dad, my younger sister, and I. We also added a new member to the family last summer....our first puppy, Pacha! He's a soft coated wheaten terrier and can be a handful sometimes, but I definitely am a dog person now!
I have been dating my boyfriend, Tim, for over 3 years and he's my best friend! I am so thankful to have him in my life and I can be completely myself around him. We love to spend time together doing nearly anything and everything! I can't wait to see where the future takes us in Chicago!
I have two great groups of friends: one through high school and one from IU! My friends and I from high school love to go shopping together, go out to eat together, go out for a night on the town together, and just love having nights in! Most of them I have known since junior high...and a few I've known since before that!
My friends from IU overlap with some of my friends from high school, and friends of friends as well! The circle just never stops growing! We love to go out at night, play Mario Kart on the wii, go out to eat, and just be fellow Hoosiers together! It will definitely be hard not being able to see them everyday!
