Drug Store Beauty Products

Since my classes are starting on Monday, I took a trip to Ulta to pick up some finds I do not normally buy at the drugstore! But don't get me wrong, drug store products are what I use most! I am always looking for products recommended by friends and new finds at drug stores. I wish they sold sample sizes of beauty products at drug stores...I love trying new products, but not spending the full price on them if I know I don't like it.  Here are my top drug store beauty products that I use nearly everyday!

1. I have used this facial cleanser/scrub for about a year now, and I love it! It really feels like it cleans my face and if you leave it on for a while, you start to feel this tingling/cooling sensation (which I love because to me that means it's working). Recently, Biore changed the look of all of their products including the Pore Unclogging Scrub and I have to say...I like the old look much better! There is also a different smell to this product - it's not bad, but it doesn't smell as good as it once did.

 2. I picked up a travel size of this cleanser in Target just before my trip to Europe and I absolutely love it! It felt strange to me  at first, but I think that's just because there is sand in it! I wanted to try St. Ives' Apricot Scrub, but there are walnuts in it and I'm not going to take a risk with that with my peanut allergy.

3. I started using the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin a year ago, after I switched from using the Olay Complete facial moisturizer.  This face lotion doesn't feel too greasy and doesn't seem to be making me break out! I will most likely continue using this until wrinkles become the main problem with my skin.

4. Last summer, I bought the Physician's Formula Talc-Free Mineral Wear Powder at Ulta to replace the Maybelline Mineral Power mineral foundation I had been using for quite a while.  While the switch hasn't caused more break outs (or so I think), I can't seem to find the right color for my skin.  The coverage is also VERY light and I was looking for something with slightly more coverage. I just bought the L'Oreal True Match Mineral Foundation at Ulta so I am giving that a try very soon!

5. I am in love with the CoverGirl Lash Blast Fusion Mascara!! Although I have long eyelashes, I still like how volumizing mascaras look on me and I like how this one has lengthening in it as well! I tried the Lash Blast Lengthening Mascara a few months ago (it's in the yellow packaging) and I wasn't too pleased...it hardly looked like I had any mascara on and it didn't give my lashes that extra oompf.  I don't believe I need to spend the extra money on mascaras since I have found one I like, but I am always looking for drug store mascara suggestions!

6. While I was at camp, I decided to try the Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Power Scrub. I really like it so far! My two contenders for best cleanser would have to be this and the Biore one! I like the smell of it and the exfoliating beads in it feel great on my face

7.  I have used Vaseline brand body lotions for as long as I can remember.  When cocoa butter started as a craze, I bought this lotion and haven't looked back since! I have tried Vaseline's other two lotions and do not like the smell of either. I love how rich this lotion feels and the smell is perfect for a body lotion - not too strong!

What are some of your favorite drug store finds?
